1) Oil Pulling
2) Drink 2 glasses of water in the morning, and maybe a gallon a day
3) Jump up the stairs like in that exercise video
4) Eat vegan
5) Plank
6) Quit coffee
7) Do a certain exercise routine for 20 minutes
8) Run for 45 minutes
9) Juggle the soccer ball for 30 minutes
10) Practice the unicycle for 30 minutes
11) Read something specific
12) Meditate for an hour
13) Write thank you notes
14) Help someone else somehow
15) Volunteer doing something specific
16) make Christmas gifts by hand
17) 30 days without coffee
If you have a suggestion for me, it has to be specific, has to be something that is supposed to help and not just an experiment, and has to be something I also think might have a chance at being worthwhile. Then at the end of 30 days I will decide if it was helpful or not, and if it is reasonable that I continue that or not!
So basically, I will be your guinea pig! If you wanna find out something but don't have the time or willpower or conviction or guts or whatever to see if it's worthwhile, I will report back what I discovered while trying your idea.
